
1. Tomahawk Steaks
Fat and bones bring flavor, but once you cut away the actual meat you're not left with much to eat.
Why anyone would want to pay $80-$90 for a bone? If you really want to get boned, just do your taxes.
#2: Truffle Oil
The synthetic stuff that they use to soak food and then charge you an arm and leg for isn't real truffle, and it doesn't even taste like it.
There are much better things you can add to food than chemicals.
#3: Lobster
There are so many other kinds of seafood that cost less but are so much more delicious.
I would take Lake Superior whitefish, crab cakes, and definitely a seafood empanada over a lobster tail any day.
