Channel debutant Canvas teams up with Single Purpose to deliver one of the sweetest liquid drum & bass experiences of the year yet.

Right from the first second of the track, the lush and pillowy pads guide your soft descent into sunlit paradise above the clouds, until the expertly crafted drums lift you up and carry you towards the horizon. As the soundscape expands in the second half of the track, and saccharine vocal chops appear in full force, the music lets you envision a whole world beneath from bird's eye view.

A few words from Canvas as well via Single Purpose, which helped a lot in finding fitting art for this one:
"I make all my music in memory of my dog so the themes are often in that kind of vein, but it's never exclusive to that idea!
Ukiyo means "floating worlds" in Japanese, so it's kind of an abstract term that can mean whatever you interpret it as. To me it's nostalgic thinking about my dog and dreaming about some sort of paradise world, but it also makes me think of pegasus-type imagery :D"
