As said in the intro, I answered an e-mail from a fan, Dan Foreman, who asked if I could sing on his version of "Show Must Go On" by Queen. He had produced the instrumental while undergoing cancer treatment and wanted to have a lasting memory as a reminder that music can get us through hard times. I had agreed to be apart of it, but as a perfectionist I wanted to practice getting the performance right, and it ended up going on the back burner for a little while. Since the first day he contacted me, we have become pen pals, sharing life updates from time to time, and recently Dan revealed that he's back in the hospital. I told him I wanted to do this right now to give him a boost and keep the energy high. He did a fantastic job with the arrangement and it serves as a reminder to me that there's so much talent in this world that will sadly go unrecognized.
