I've never eaten such delicious ground beef! The easiest and fastest dinner recipe! Ingredients:
• Ground beef — 500 g (1.1 lb)
• Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
• Onion — 300 g (about 2 medium onions)
• Garlic — 10 g (2–3 cloves)
• Salt — ½ tsp
• Black pepper — ¼ tsp
• White mushrooms (button or cremini) — 300 g (10 oz)
• Butter — 50 g (3.5 tbsp)
• Worcestershire sauce — 2 tsp
• Dijon mustard — 2 tsp
• All-purpose flour — 1 tbsp
• Beef broth — 350 ml (1½ cups)
• Sour cream (15% fat) — 3 tbsp

For the side:
• Pasta — 200 g (7 oz)
• Water — 2.5 liters
• Salt — ½ tsp
⸻
Instructions:
Start with a good cut of beef — no sinew — and grind it yourself if you can.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet and add the ground beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until all the moisture evaporates.
Finely chop the onions and add them to the skillet. Cook together for another 3 minutes.
Slice the garlic thinly and stir it in.
Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the butter and let it melt completely.
Then add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Mix well, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer gently.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain and return it to the pot. Add a bit of butter and mix so the pasta doesn’t stick.
Now back to the skillet — stir in the sour cream and chopped herbs. Mix everything well and remove from heat.
To serve: place a portion of pasta on a plate and generously spoon the creamy mushroom and beef sauce on top.
Enjoy your meal!
