Amarok is a giant wolf in Inuit mythology , and eats the soul of those who dare to hunt at night.
In the last part of Vindferð song , she sees in the distance a forest and a wolf, and then the journey to that place begins. The wolf in this case will eat her, but even if she is not a threat, its instinct...the wolf depends on her to heal, to survive. It is a symbolic way of representing the necessary predator-prey duality in nature (wolf- deer) , and the concept in which nothing has an end, death its just a transformation in another world, another kind of energy.
Clearly in the lyrics there is also a clear criticism of the modern world, which does everything possible to destroy all green space.

Lyrics:
Im Amarok the great wolf
and i will eat your soul
if you dare to cross my forest
Nature is my temple
and you dont understand my words
humanity is doomed
Hunting the innocent deer i will prevail
im the only one who feels his energy
The circle of life and deathhas no end
and nature always find the way
Rise!! Rise!! Rise!!
