This song started out to be something that intentionally had what I consider the typical Rammstein beat, minus the hand claps of course. The drum pattern at the end of the song punctuates what they do pretty well. But as I wrote the song, I noticed that the tone I was using for bass sounded close to the guitars that were used in "The Everlasting Gaze" on The Smashing Pumpkins "Machina" album.
