A POPULAR BAKED EGGPLANT PASTA IS COMING FROM LEBANON. JOIN THIS RECIPE - GUARANTEED!

WE TAKE 3-4 SERVINGS:
🔹 eggplant 2 pcs
🔹 tahina paste 1-2 tbsp
🔹 garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹 lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
🔹matsoni (optional) 1-2 tbsp
🔹 olive oil 2-3 tbsp
🔹 cilantro, pepper, salt - to taste

WE DO:
✅bake eggplants in foil for 40 minutes at 180 degrees
✅ peel the eggplants from the skin with a spoon and mix with chopped garlic, herbs, matsoni, lemon juice, and oil. Salt to taste
✅ Serve baba ganoush pouring oil and sprinkling with paprika, sesame seeds.

* you can bake eggplant on a fire, it's tastier. If cooking in the oven, you can replace the aroma of fire with smoked paprika.
* can be used as a spread on toast, in sandwiches, as a cold buy and sauce for meat
* add yoghurt if desired - this gives a slight sourness and creamy taste to baked vegetables, you can replace it with yogurt, sour cream or do without them.
