This year’s Group of 20 summit being held in Brazil’s Rio De Janeiro represents a shift from a bipolar to multilateral world, says political analyst Joe Siracusa. The dean of global futures at Australia’s Curtin University tells CNA’s Asia First that Global South powers like India, South Africa and Brazil appear to be in charge while some of the larger powers are taking a back seat.
