✨Find ways to address your daytime anxiety during the day so it doesn’t build up at night time.
✨Shift your focus to something else, like your breath, observe its speed, flow, and sensation. Notice the temperature as it moves through your nostrils, and the rhythm as you inhale and exhale through your mouth, counting each breath.
✨Try to get into a regular exercise or movement routine earlier in the day to burn off any excess energy, so it doesn’t linger into the evening.
✨Keep a notebook by your bed to note down anxious thoughts, so you can come back to deal with them the next day.
✨Reframe sleep as a necessary and restorative process, a time for your mind and body to recharge and reset, free from the day's pressures.
