I flew 4 seperate flights with the Sony WF-1000XM5 and tested them for a year. I explain what's great about them and what's not so great. I have learned that audio profiles and earbuds are a deeply personal choice. Think about your friends who only will use airpods and others who swear that that the 1000xm-4s are more comfortable than sonys linkbud type s. After using the xm-5s for 1 month, let me share with you everything I have learned. Compared to other Sony earbuds like the wh-500n, Linkbud type S, and 1000xm4, the xm5s are better.
