Ingredients:
1L full cream milk
½ cup soaked basmati rice
1 tin Nestlé Milkmaid
4 bay leaves
6 green cardamoms
Sugar (optional)
Almonds, cashews & raisins (roasted)
Milk powder (optional)
Recipe:
Boil milk and keep aside.
Caramelize sugar in a pan.
Add soaked rice and stir for 3–5 mins.
Pour in the boiled milk.
Add bay leaves & cardamom, simmer 20–25 mins.
Add Milkmaid and mix well.
Add nuts & raisins.
Serve warm or chilled!
