There's a lot of great advice out there on how to grow your YouTube channel. And I personally spent time watching quite a lot of it prior to starting my own channel. Some of it was wonderful and helpful. Other advice... not so much. In today's episode I talk about one such unhelpful piece of advice, why it was unrealistic for me to implement when I was brand new to YouTube, and what I would do instead.
