I saw a light, glistening through a fissure in the forest floor. A gleaming light. Then I fell. I fell for a long time. I don't know how long. That's the last of my memories. I think the leaves cushioned my fall... but I couldn't say for sure. Memories don't stick here. I walked, and walked. Nothing. I dug beneath the leaves. Endless leaves. Who could say how far I walked. I wonder what's beneath the leaves. I saw a light in the forest floor. That's the last of my memories. Memories don't stick here.
