💡 What sparked your interest in digging/collecting music?
I’ve always loved sharing music with people and having fun dancing in clubs. Growing up in Nottingham we’d spend every Saturday night at Stealth, and I got more into the weird and wonky stuff when we started partying at Wigflex.

Learning about the Black + queer history of dance music made me feel even more connected to it and my first queer parties were life changing. Although I’ve been collecting music for a while, I only started djing a couple years ago.

🎶 Tell us about any parties, events, collectives, or labels that have inspired you.
I am mostly inspired by the DIY queer party scene and community oriented collectives. Those who put energy into supporting and educating their communities and prioritise marginalised people, as well as enjoying the music + partying.

🔍 Tell us about your approach to digging. Where do you find your music?
Down the rabbit hole on bandcamp, discogs and youtube. Lots of sharing tunes with friends 🫂 Also keep up with producers + labels that I like + what they like. I listen to mix series like Daisy Chain Podcast 🌼 + pipipi + Truancy + lots of online radio as well e.g. The Lot, Operator, Kiosk, NTS, Narr, Noods, Crop, Oroko, Drift, Ola, Alto, Kindred. I also research my favourite artists + their favourite DJs favourite DJ 🌀 that always leads to new discoveries.
