Chelsia Chan (born in 1957) is a Hong Kong-based actress and singer-songwriter. She broke into the music industry after winning first place at an amateur creative singing contest in Hong Kong with her song "Dark Side of Your Mind."
In 1976, at the age of 19, she received the Best Actress Award at the Taiwan Golden Horse Film Festival for her role in the movie Qin Xia (Chelsia My Love) Coincidentally, this film shares her birth name, and she remains the youngest recipient of this award to date.
