Easy Cocoa Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients: 31-33 cookies
150 g granulated sugar
70 g vegetable oil
50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
~ 50-70 g powdered sugar for coating
Combine sugar and oil. Add cocoa, mix until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate until dough is firm enough to handle, at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 180 C|350F. Shape dough into 2,5 cm (1 inch) balls, roll in powdered sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched lightly and tops are cracked.
