There are two things to focus on when becoming more consistent, Tempo/ Rhythm and Connection in the swing. Adam goes over his go to tempo drill to ensure you are not rushing through the swing, maintaining a good rhythm. He also shares a channel favorite, the Hideki drill where you must build connection to the top of the swing.
