This song was a headache and a half to make.72 BPM, 4/8, atonal.
I started off with the bass rhythm, which I matched the drums to. However, basically nothing I did sounded good with it at all. So I experimented for days on end until I gave up and just pitched shifted the bass and used it as a guitar. It ended up sounding more like some kind of piano or organ, but it works.
I didn't add any other instruments, since I knew it would be a lot of trouble to get them to work. A lot of the experimental melodies got turned into prototypes for other songs, which is pog.
The solo about halfway through is pretty good, although I need a lot more work on writing solos.
