Check out this quick attach trailer hitch for skid steers- there’s a couple different companies making these and I’ve wanted one for quite a while now.
This one is made by Lake Area Designs and it cost $165.00.
They’re actually kind of hard to find. The first brand I tried to buy was completely sold out.
This one is rated for up to a thousand pounds of tongue weight, so I thought I would load the Ventrac on my 6 x 12 landscape trailer and try moving it around.
Most jobsites are tight and awkward and my four-door pickup with an 8-foot bed is so long that it’s hard to back a trailer.
With a skid steer I can see exactly what I’m doing and easily move the trailer right to where I want it to go.
And what’s really cool, over rough terrain you can lift the skid steer arms up and down to adjust the tilt on the trailer, so it doesn't bottom out.
This is not a sponsored and I don’t have link to one of these, but if you can find one- I definitely recommend buying it.
The framers are making some good progress on the house and we’re hoping to have some update videos soon, so stay tuned, and thanks for watching! @hausplans
