This was the first spark of the song FD you'll find a later demo next to this version on the video page ' Lazar was in romania at the time i wrote this ' so this recording is just me but Lazar features on all the other demos and final mix of the song .

FD - Recorded at 3 AM in my basement on an old reel-to-reel recorder, this is the very first take of FD—raw, unfiltered, and captured in the moment. Just a single vocal, an acoustic guitar, and the hiss of tape, preserving the urgency and emotion of that first spark. Later versions feature Lazar, but this was where it all began. And it's very raw stripped back just me and the first spark of inspiration and the guitar .

This song was inspired by a youtuber called Fayth Davidson AKA Josh Dale ' who was consumed by his own mad rage set fire to a court building and ended up on a long term prison sentence.

The song has wider observations though 'it's also about an entire generation of gen z and onwards 'digital slaves 'who were locked down at a crucial point in their development as young men' locked down consuming #manosphere content by the likes of andrew tate and others ' drifting through digital oblivion.
This forced isolation created a new breed of disaffected youth, young men who came of age locked down in rooms, with the internet as their only guide. No role models, no direction—just algorithm-fed anger, manosphere rhetoric, and a slow-burning fuse.

This is the soundtrack of modern nihilism. The school sh00t4s, the arsonists, the K1ll4as 'the men who disappear into fire and live-streamed ruin. The ones who scream into the void, hoping someone, somewhere, will hear.
The closing line in this song captures perfectly what i'm trying to do with this song.

The song was also partly inspired by #adolescence the netflix show ' but mainly inspired by Fayth Davidson ' A #youtuber we wont be seeing for a long time . i had to mark his time on youtube somehow and i wrote this about him .
