
I used pork brain, but you can also use any other brain you want, just keep in mind, that lamb brain for example usually is quite expensive. You can also add sime more spices than I did like pepper, paprika or mustard, but I personally like it more, if tge main taste actually comes from the brain and eggs and doesn't get overwhelmed by other things.
Oh, and if course it's keto slash low carb and also carnivore-ish, if you want it to be really carnivore simply leave out the parsley and onion. ;)
