Method of preparation:
Cut the beef into thin slices and put in a deep bowl.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, black pepper and water. Mix well and only then add vegetable oil. I leave it to marinate for 7-10 minutes.
At this time, I chop the mushrooms and onions, and fry them over high heat for 1 minute, adding a pinch of salt and sugar during the frying process. After frying, I put it in a separate plate and start frying the meat.
I put the marinated beef in a hot frying pan, fry for 1 minute on 1 side and start stirring for 2-3 minutes. I add garlic, fry a little while stirring. I add white grape drink, after a couple of minutes I add fried mushrooms and onions, and fresh green onions. I fry and stir for another couple of minutes, and remove from heat. This beef cooks very quickly. The entire frying process takes about 15 minutes.
