Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) is facing federal charges for allegedly assaulting law enforcement officers after chaos broke out outside of an ICE detention facility in her home state. Prosecutors, however, dropped the federal trespassing charge against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D-NJ), who was arrested during the confrontation. Baraka says his arrest shouldn't have happened, and that politicians are being "targeted." #CNN #News
