CNN Correspondent Julia Benbrook says Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris is walking a “fine line” between brandishing her achievements as Vice President while distancing herself from President Joe Biden. Democrat Presidential nominee Kamala Harris has taken part in a CNN town hall outside of Philadelphia in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
“She is looking to present herself as a candidate who can bring change, a new generation of leadership,” Ms Benbrook said.
“That of course is a fine line to walk as she looks to highlight some of the accomplishments of the current administration, but also distance herself from President Joe Biden."
