POZOLE VERDE INGREDIENTS:
For the Pozole:
► 1 whole white onion
► 2 garlic heads
► 3 tbsp salt
► 5 lbs. chicken
► 5 bay leaves
► 110 oz White Hominy (Maíz Blanco)
► Some cabbage
► Some radish
► Some white onion
► Some cilantro
► Some salsa macha (optional)
Pozole Sauce:
► 2 poblano peppers
► 1 Anaheim pepper
► 12 tomatillos
► Bunch of spinach
► Small bunch of radish leaves
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 tsp of oregano
► 1 tsp of black peppercorn
► 3 cups chicken broth (from the pot)
Pozole mixture:
► 3 cups Hominy
► 1 cup chicken broth (from the pot)
► 2 jalapeños
► 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
► 5 garlic cloves
