A business owner and father of 4, Eddie and his family faced some of Europe's strictest lockdown regulations. The kids were required to stay at home for 46 days before they could go out in public again!
At the time of the interview, Spain had the highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Europe - over two hundred twenty thousand COVID-19 patients. The country had also just surpassed 25,000 deaths.
For seven weeks, people in Spain were only allowed to leave the house to buy food or medicine, to go to work if working from home was not possible, or to briefly walk the dog.
As the country managed to flatten the curve the number of new infections is on the decline. The country has also begun easing some of its strict lockdown measures to open up and restore normalcy again.
