
Yes, the nervous system exists, but regulating it doesn’t mean being calm 24/7.
Yes, meds/supplements can help but they’re meant to help you do the work.. so you still have to do the work.
And no none of it replaces the actual day-to-day WORK of resisting compulsions, facing fears, and tolerating the discomfort you’re trying to hack your way around.
That cortisol cocktail won’t save you if you’re still checking, still avoiding, still solving.
(And “trust your gut”? Cool, unless your gut is riddled with anxiety and intrusive thoughts).
