
➡️ Ingredients:
500g gnocchi
1 garlic bulb
a bit of salt
thyme
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ricotta
1 tsp chili flakes
Lemon peel
3 tablespoons Parmesan
10 basil leaves
1. Fry gnocchi in olive oil
2. Bake cherry tomatoes and garlic at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
3. Mix the baked goods with approx. 2 tablespoons of mascarpone, chili flakes, lemon peel and parmesan and add some basil leaves.
4. Then mix the whole thing with the fried gnocchi.
