Ninja Tune artist Sofia Kourtesis joins us for the second episode of our fledgling, relaunched Telekom Electronic Beats TV ‘Picture Stories’ series. Hailing from the coastal Magdalena del Mar region of the Lima Province in Peru, Sofia Kourtesis is a vibrant, energetic and spirited person and producer, crafting dance floor designed cuts for the likes of powerhouse imprints such as Ninja Tune and its sub-label Technicolor, as well as the Kornél Kovács, Axel Boman and Petter Nordkvist helmed Studio Barnhus among others. A telling sign of the quality embodied in Kourtesis’ productions. Here we explore her colourful spirit through a selection of random images which prompt some very interesting responses.
