buy for example here: "going back to my roots" is originally by "Lammend Dozier" who released the track back in 1977 on his album "Peddlin Music". In 1980 the track was already covered by Richie Havens. In 1981 did a great "disco version" out of it which charted several official sales charts. In the 90ies the track again was covered by "FPI Project" and "Honesty 69"... an italo house interpretation which also went down really really successfully. Both contained Original Samples of the "Richie Havens" Version...
of course we do not own any rights but thought it is a good idea to share our musical roots to support their / our music
