Ready to break some laws, I mean, records?

Now now, first a bit of history...
Back in 2016, Photon outlined the rules of the game - "a generally useful RGB copperchunky mode for OCS that can be updated at any framerate". In other words, a 4x4 resolution, truecolor display that can be updated with a single write per pixel. Via some flawed reasoning based on several incorrect assumptions, Photon thought he discovered the maximum possible... 50 columns
As demonstrated in "Grade My Waterbear".

By being wrong on the internet, Photon invoked Cunningham's law, prompting a response, which came from me seven years later in "Water My Grey Beard", showing a rotozoomer with... 54 columns

With Photon's claim challenged, the ball was open for more aspiring record-chasers. Rhino and Hannibal joined the fray and started dancing with each other. However, "Joker Snacks on Blueberries" had an ace up its sleeve. Seems Rhino was hiding his best efforts in plain sight all along to gain the record of... 59 columns

With his claim in place, Rhino... "kindly" invited me to beat him, or at least his record, in this cracktro compo. Before we get to that part, though, let's reveal a little thing about Rhino's copper"chunky"... Before it can be displayed, it needs a pass over the copperlist to duplicate some of the pixel values in memory. What if I told you that there is a way to have a 4x4 copperchunky spanning 59 columns without duplicating any pixels? Doesn't that make you curious? Well, you're out of luck - for now - because we are leaving that particular implementation as an exercise to the reader. No fun in beating someone your own size, is there?
