PERFECT REPLACEMENT OF CLASSIC EGGS, CONVENIENT TO COOK IN PORTIONS! DELICIOUS, USEFUL, NUTRITIONAL.

WE TAKE for 2 servings:
🔹 Big tomato 1
🔹 basil sprig
🔹ham/bacon or sausages 1-2
🔹mozzarella cheese 50 gr
🔹 2-4 eggs
🔹 bread 1-2 slices
🔹 olive oil optional
🔹 salt, spices to taste

WE DO:
✅ cut the tomato into cubes, put on the bottom of the mold, sprinkle with olive oil if desired, add finely chopped basil to taste
✅ add bacon / ham to tomatoes, or what was in the refrigerator, I have sausages
✅ add mozzarella cheese and pour 1-2 eggs, depending on the size of the Form
✅ if desired, stick the bread directly into the mold, it will have time to dry
✅salt to taste
✅ bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, navigate by the heat of the oven

Serve immediately, garnished with basil.

*if the tomatoes are not juicy like mine, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of grated canned tomatoes
