In the first module of the Double Bass/Double Pedal Lab, I discuss and demonstrate the first usage concept of multiple bass drums. You will learn how to create a larger "End of Phrase" figure. The pedals can be used in many different ways: they are not just for playing straight 16th notes really "fast". Developing a sticking concept and practical usage for the pedals, can add tremendous colors and power to your playing. In this module, you will learn different "stickings" and phrases for ending a phrase, with the double bass. This can be used in every style of music, not just Rock or Metal. Applying dynamics to the pedals is discussed, as well as, stickings that you can add to any fill, in any style, to utilize the double pedals.
