Marco Vallesi, production manager at Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Wines on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, takes us on a tour of the winery's award-winning heat pump system for supplying domestic hot water to its accommodation, restaurant and special events venue.

The heat pump system has slashed the gas bills for the winery, delivered flawless hot water supply and is helping to reduce the environmental impact of this popular winemaker and venue.
