Throwback to my end-of-year jazz and pop drum exam from 2022. I still don’t consider myself a capable jazz drummer at all (I’d need at least another 10 years), but I immensely enjoyed scratching the surface of the vast world of jazz music and improvisation - especially the idea of never playing a song the same way twice.
Huge thanks to @jaspersomsen on double bass and to Marius Holland, who did a beautiful job dealing with a very out-of-tune A5 on that grand piano.
