To make the resetter work follow these steps:
1. Download the resetter application in the Microsoft Edge browser (not the Chrome browser)
2. Temporarily turn off any antivirus on your PC due to false alarm detection to the application.
3. After using the application you can turn on back any antivirus you have. Just make sure to create a backup copy of your resetter.
