INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kl (500 gms) Pork Kasim (or you can use Liempo, Lomo, Pigue, or Buto Buto)
2 cups Water
1 1/2 tsp Salt (or adjust according to your taste)
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Canola Oil (or any cooking oil of your choice)
2 small or 1 medium Red Onion, sliced
8 cloves Garlic, minced
4 medium Tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsps Fish Sauce / Patis (or adjust according to your taste)
1/2 tsp of Sugar (substitute for MSG)
Green Onions/Scallions (cut into 2" diagonally)
2 Siling Haba / Siling Pansigang
