▶️ Ingredients:
✔ 360 grams of walnuts with shells
✔ water
✔ 2 tablespoons grated coconut
✔ 3 tbsp honey
✔ 90 g sugar
✔ 120gr dark chocolate 75%
▶️ Cooking:
✔ Place the nuts with the shells in the pan.
✔ Fill with hot water.
✔ Cook for 10 minutes.
✔ Remove the shells.
✔ Chop them.
✔ Add the coconut flakes and honey.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Shape into balls.
✔ Break white chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
✔ Grease the muffin tin with vegetable oil.
✔ Place melted white chocolate on the bottom of the muffin tin.
✔ Tap to distribute evenly.
✔ Place the pecan billets on top.
✔ Press down with a glass.
✔ Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
✔ Cover the top of the desert.
✔ Shake mold to distribute evenly.
✔ Place in the refrigerator until completely set.
✔ Transfer to disposable molds and garnish with nuts and chocolate.
