"Toronto-based singer-songwriter Chloë Doucet's jangly, incandescent, and unapologetically catchy tunes, it's hard not to feel at least a little nostalgic."I'm not sure about "incandescent" but Chloë has some great tunes and a nice stage presence that added up to a very enjoyable show at the New Colossus Festival.
