PORK RIBS IN RED SALSA INGREDIENTS:
For the meat
► 3 lbs. pork spare ribs
► 7 cups water
► 2 bay leaves
► 1/2 tsp pepper corn
► Salt to taste
For the salsa
► 8 tomatillos
► 1/4 of a white onion
► 3 garlic cloves
► 1 tomato
► 5 guajillo peppers
► 2 puya chiles
► 6 chiles de arbol
► 2 cups water
► 1 tsp oregano
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► 1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
