Description:
There was an invasion in Europe, and no one talked about it. This happened at the border between Poland and the Czech Republic. Although both countries are part of the Schengen area (sorry, Romania and Bulgaria, I know this is hard to watch), the border is practically non-existent. In 2020, when COVID-19 invaded Europe and the entire world, many countries, including Poland and the Czech Republic, closed their borders to slow the spread of the virus.
To defend their border, Poland stationed soldiers in a Polish town on the border with the Czech Republic. Every building in this town is located in Poland, except for a church and a house, which are in the Czech Republic. The Polish soldiers didn't realize this and stationed themselves at the church. When Czech people came to pray, the soldiers stopped them, and by definition, this is what we call an invasion. Eventually, the two countries resolved the issue, and the Polish soldiers moved back to Poland.
