🏔️ This place is called Mars (Mars-2) and is located in the Altai Republic of Russia.

It’s about 100km (~62 miles) from the borders of 4 countries: China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Russia. Beautiful landscapes here and not a lot of tourists because it’s not easy to get there. It’s about 500km (~310 miles) by car from closest airport.
