In the distant future, when intergalactic travel will be the way to find new places for humanity to expand to, a spaceship called Traveler has set out on a journey to the Large Magellanic Cloud galaxy. An extrasolar planet has been found around the binary star Melnick 34, which could be a suitable candidate for the establishment of a colony. The problem was that due to a huge storm in its atmosphere, the Traveler had to make an emergency landing. The ship was badly damaged and the crew had to accept that they would most likely have to spend a long time (if not the rest of their lives) on the planet. Unfortunately, despite initial estimates, the atmosphere on the planet was unbreathable for human lungs, so the crew had to spend all their time on its surface in spacesuits. In the footage, we see the captain assessing the extent of the damage to the power core responsible for the power source for the water and oxygen generators.
