We are excited today to announce that Verve is combining forces with Rockwell Automation to bring a whole new level of security to industrial control systems operators.

Securing OT environments has never been more challenging. Expanding connectivity between IT and OT, accelerating numbers of vulnerabilities, and increasing regulatory pressures are only a few of the difficulties that OT defenders face.

Verve and Rockwell share a common view that industry needs to scale a more efficient and effective approach to OT security to maintain reliable and safe operations in the face of bolder and more innovative attacks. The merger of Verve and Rockwell’s OT cyber business will build off the foundation of Verve’s unique foundation: vendor agnostic, endpoint focus, open-api driven platform approach, “Think Global:Act Local” enterprise analytics, and commitment to client service.

Rockwell will provide expanded capabilities and scale to Verve’s current clients in areas such as 24X7 Security Operations Monitoring and Response, global onsite resources in geographies around the world, deeper insight into OT vulnerabilities and potential remediation, and hundreds of additional OT security practitioners. Perhaps most importantly, Rockwell shares the core of Verve’s culture of commitment to customer service, ensuring there will be no distraction from the level of support our clients have come to expect from Verve.

The merger also allows industrial organizations around the world to have immediate access to the Verve Security Center. Rockwell Automation’s global customer base of thousands of end users will be able to leverage Verve’s unique platform to bring greater efficiency and effectiveness to their current OT security efforts, integrating any current technologies they have deployed, regardless of their maturity level.
