
To answer the questions of anyone who is gonna ask:
Yes. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I lift and do cardio. In fact, im actually about to make my routine harder since my current one is now too easy for me. I took a 2 week break, though, because my latest infusions (for my anemia) gave me a shitty reaction this time, and i couldn't move well without passing out.
Yes. I eat in a deficit (as of 4 weeks ago because I realized I was ready to change that habit). And YES. Said deficit diet is a clean diet too.
And YES. I know I have huge boobies and they make me look 20 lbs heavier than I actually am. Get over it.
