In this video I’ll be preparing and trying out the most famous street food item of the birthplace of India’s father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, Gujarat. Gujarat is well known to produce India’s finest businessmen. While Gujaratis are probably the smartest when it comes to business, their love for food is also a well known Gujarati trait. Gujarat has a huge variety of street food items that can be found at the corner of every street in this state. These food items include but are not limited to, sev khamani, thepla and faafda. Therefore I decided to make their famous sev khamani at home. Surprisingly, this dish was extremely easy to make as it can be prepared using the ingredients present in almost every Indian household and it turned out to be extremely tasty and flavourful.
