A distressing abduction incident has impacted the Chika-kore community in the Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory. Gunmen stormed the area, kidnapping five residents, including a family of three—a man, his wife, and their son, along with two others. As the kidnappers have yet to contact the victims' families, the police have initiated a search-and-rescue operation to secure their safe recovery and apprehend the culprits. The community is urgently calling for increased security measures, including establishing a police division, to prevent such attacks in the future.
