This is my take on Glenn Yarbrough's classic "Frodo of the Nine Fingers," another great song from the Rankin/Bass classic "The Return of the King." The movie was made some interesting choices, namely skipping over the first two books and using the Minstrel of Gondor as a way to jump into the story. A little strange, but the songs were still great! I tried to keep some of the folky spirit of the original, but wanted to make it a little more upbeat.Song created by using the lyrics written by Jules Bass and melody by Maury Laws, then covered by myself and then put through Suno to generate the music. Music was stemmed and remasterd using an audio editor, with additional vocals added. Video created using clips from the 1980 cartoon.
