TV news report footage & newspaper article in the aftermath of racial disturbances on 18 April 1997 - outside the Normanton Hotel Pub in Derby, UK - which was a Black-owned pub and venue for Reggae sound system dances and popular meeting place for Derby's Afro-Caribbean community.
