This is my Tropicana Las Vegas demolition update taken on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. The video starts with a drive north on Las Vegas Blvd from about the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign to the Excalibur Hotel where I parked so I could get some video of the front tower area. You can see that there were no excavators working on the front tower area. There is still a big concrete structure where the tunnel is that would connect the two towers together. I then make my way to the OYO Hotel to get footage from that side of the site. They have brought the rock crusher back to start crushing the giant pile of concrete along the north side of the property. The rear tower is just about gone. The break tree is still there.
